Description
Auf dem Schulgelände der Waldstadt-Grundschule wird ein bis zu 5-geschossiger Erweiterungsneubau (Bauteil A, B, C) mit gesamt ca. 7.960 m² BGF / ca. 38.100 m³ BRI in Stahlbeton-Skelettbauweise, mit einer 2-Feld-Sporthalle im Untergeschoss und 2 Obergeschossen mit Unterrichtsräumen errichtet. Der Neubau erfolgt mit geschossweiser Anbindung an ein, in Schulnutzung befindliches, Bestandsgebäude.
