Description

Die Grundschule Erichshof soll von einer 2-zügigen auf eine 3-zügige Grundschule mit Ganztagsbereich erweitert werden. Während der Phase 0 wurde ein Entwurf für einen Erweiterungsbau um ca. 450 m² erstellt. Im Bestand müssen noch einige Anpassungen vorgenommen werden. Die Mensa muss auch erweitert werden. Zusätzlich wird es auch eine energetische Sanierung des Bestandsgebäudes geben. Es werden die Planungsleistungen für den Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär vergeben.
