Description
Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Erweiterung des bestehenden Kundenverwaltungs- und Abo-Systems zum zentralen Kundensystem der OstalbMobil GmbH. Ziel ist die Ablösung eines zweiten technisch Systems sowie die Integration sämtlicher Abo-Verwaltungsprozesse in eine einheitliche Plattform. Die Maßnahme umfasst u.a. die Migration bestehender Kundendaten, die Einführung neuer Vertragsarten, ein webbasiertes Kundenportal, eine erweiterte App-Funktionalität, ein integriertes Rechnungswesen sowie die technische Umsetzung aktueller eTicket-Standards wie MOTICS.
