Die bestehende Biologie 1 wird abgebrochen und an gleicher Stelle mit größerem Volumen errichtet. Hierfür ist im Vorfeld der Umbauphase die Errichtung umfassender Provisorien erforderlich. Die Leistungen aus Gewerk 1 umfassen die baulichen Arbeiten für die Provisorien vor Außerbetriebnahme der Biologie 1.
