Description
Die Stadt Winsen (Luhe) plant die Ausweisung einer Gewerbefläche im Ortsteil Scharmbeck. Das Plangebiet des B-Planes Scharmbeck Nr. 7 Gewerbefläche Am Bach ist am östlichen Ortsrand verortet. Die Erschließung des Gebietes erfolgt über die südlich gelegene Straße Am Bach. Bei dem Gebiet handelt es sich um eine gut 3,5 ha große Fläche, die als eingeschränkte Gewerbefläche (GEe wohnverträglich) festgesetzt werden soll. Das Gebiet soll vorrangig der Ansiedlung und Erweiterung lokaler Betriebe dienen, die sich teilweise aus wohnlich geprägtem Umfeld in das neue Plangebiet verlagern möchten.
