Die geplanten Wohngebiete schließen sich westlich an das vorhandene Wohngebiet Fasanenberg in Poppendorf an und erweitern dieses. 25 zusätzliche Baugrundstücke sollen verkehrstechnisch sowie ver- und entsorgungstechnisch mit Trinkwasser und Abwasser, Strom, Telefon / Breitband und bei Bedarf mit Gas erschlossen werden.
