Description
Als Unternehmerleistung sind die Lieferung und Montage der gesamten Heizung-, Sanitär- sowie Lüftungstechnik zu erbringen. Die Installation der zugehörigen MSR-Technik sowie die Badewassertechnik erfolgt durch ein separat beauftragtes Gewerk. Der Vorlauf/Vorbereitung der Bauausführung erfolgt bis zum 05.07.2024. Die Arbeiten sind vom 08.07.2024 bis 25.04.2025 zu erbringen, einschließlich Inbetriebnahme, Probebetrieb und Abnahmen.
