Description

Das Land Saarland plant den Ersatzneubau der 'Schule am Webersberg' in Homburg (Saar), einer-Förderschule für körperliche und motorische Entwicklung. Für künftig 200 Schüler*innen soll ein Raumprogramm von ca. 5.300 m² NUF realisiert werden. Die Bauwerkskosten (KG 300 und 400) betragen ca. 27,7 Mio. EUR netto. Es werden ca. 40,6 Mio. EUR netto Gesamtbaukosten einschließlich Erstausstattung erwartet. Vergeben werden sollen hier die Leistungen des BNB-Koordinators der Leistungsstufen 3 - 6 des RifT-Leistungsbildes zzgl. umfangreiche sonstige Leistungen (siehe Anlage).
