Unter der Leitung des Gesamtleiters soll das Planerteam das Projekt erarbeiten und umsetzen. Die Aufgabe beinhaltet alle Planungsleistungen welche für die Umsetzung der Arbeiten gemäss SIA 102, 103, 108, 112 für die SIA Phasen 32 - 53 notwendig sind und beinhaltet alle Grundleistungen und die aufgeführten besonders zu erbringenden Leistungen.
