Zu diesem Zweck sucht die Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart geeignete, nicht in ihrem Eigentum stehende und daher ihr noch nicht bekannte Grundstücke in zentraler Lage, auf denen der Bau eines Konzertforums realisierbar ist.
