Der Kreis Lippe – Bildung, die Kreishandwerkerschaft Paderborn-Lippe und die Technische Hochschule OWL haben gemeinsam ein Gebäude, das InnovationSPIN, errichtet. Dazu wurde die Projektgesellschaft InnovationSPIN Lemgo GmbH gegründet. Die InnovationSPIN Lemgo GmbH fungiert als Bauherr und Auftraggeber für den Zeitraum der Realisierung des Projektes.Es handelt sich um den Ttrockenbau Wände und Innentüren Wesentliche Leistungen sind: Trockenbau: — ca. 230 m2 Montagedecke glatt, ca. 215 m2 Rasterdecke 625 x 625, ca. 395 m2 Unterdecke 1200 x 600, — ca. 860 m2 Wandabsorber, ca. 505 m2 eingeschweißte Dämmplatte, ca. 505 m2 Wandabsorber. Innentüren — ca. 45 Innentüren Zarge + Türblatt, ca. 28 Komplettelemente. Sonstiges — ca. 13 Stück Sanitärtrennwände, — ca. 50 m Innenfensterbänke.
