Description
De aan te besteden opdracht is in de kern gericht op de implementatie, de levering en het onderhoud (o.a. hosting en support) van een ERP systeem. Het ERP systeem automatiseert de financiële administratie, de personele administratie en de inkoopprocessen bij Curio. Een beschrijving van de opdracht is opgenomen in het Beschrijvend Document. De geschatte waarde van de opdracht voor de volledige looptijd van de Overeenkomst is EUR 6.5 – 8.8 miljoen euro exclusief btw. Hierbij is rekening gehouden met gemiddeld 5% indexering van de prijzen per jaar. Dit is een globale inschatting van de omvang van de Opdracht door Opdrachtgever op basis van historisch gebruik en toekomstige verwachtingen daarvan. Aan deze raming kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.
