Description
Wij nodigen u graag uit om een inschrijving in te dienen voor de levering, implementatie en support van een Enterprise Resource Planning systeem (hierna “ERP-systeem”). Het ERP-systeem moet de bedrijfsvoeringsprocessen op het gebied van Finance, HR, Inkoop en payroll ondersteunen. De versie van de SAP-applicaties waarin wij momenteel een groot deel van onze administratieve ondersteuning hebben ondergebracht, wordt na 2027 niet meer ondersteund door de leverancier. Dit betekent dat het huidige systeem uiterlijk per 1 januari 2028 vervangen moet zijn door een nieuw ERP-systeem. Deze aanbesteding van het ERP-systeem is als project onderdeel van het bredere programma “Asturias”. Het programma Asturias brengt de noodzakelijke vernieuwing aan in onze ondersteuningsorganisatie.
