Die Gesellschaft für Hochspannungsbau Offenbach mbH, GHO (im folgenden AG genannt) beabsichtigt im Auftrag der Energienetze Offenbach GmbH das Umspannwerk "Dietzenbach" in der Alfred-Nobel-Straße 14 in 63128 Dietzenbach zu erneuern und zu erweitern. Das Umspannwerk besteht unter anderem aus einer 110-kV-Freiluft-Schaltanlage mit vier Schaltfeldern und einer luftisolierten 20-kV-Schaltanlage mit 15 Schaltfeldern.
