Description
Das Projekt ELSA EdB ist Teil des Programms zur Erneuerung der Softwarelandschaft in der Einlagensicherung. Ziel des Projekts ist es, eine neue Einlagensicherungssoftware zur Abbildung der Mitgliederverwaltung, des Risikomonitorings und des Meldewesens zu entwickeln. Ein für den Mandanten ESF genutzter Softwareteil ist bereits entwickelt. Anforderung an den Bieter ist es, den EdB-Mandanten der ELSA (im Folgenden "ELSA EdB") zu entwickeln und ihn in den bereits bestehenden Softwareteil der "ELSA ESF" zu integrieren. Es soll ein Backendsystem mit Datenbanken geschaffen werden.
