Der Wartungs- und Investitionsplan der EASA sieht die proaktive Erneuerung/Austausch von EASA-Ausrüstung vor dem erwarteten Ende der Lebensdauer der Ausrüstung vor (mit dem Ziel, Betriebsunterbrechungen auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren). Eine dieser Maßnahmen ist die Erneuerung des AVC-Netzwerks, des Audio-DSP und der Kontrollsysteme im Konferenzräumen.
