Das Projekt ABS Gäubahn – Stuttgart-Singen-CH, Abschnitt Süd, gehört zum vordringlichen Bedarf des Bundesverkehrswegeplans (BVWP 2030) und befindet sich ggw. in Leistungsphasen 2 (Vorplanung) gemäß HOAI. Im Bereich Singen ist eine neue Trasse zwischen der Strecke 4250 und der Strecke 4000 geplant. Daher sind Bohrleistungen zur Baugrunderkundung erforderlich.
