Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η ανάθεση παροχής υπηρεσιών ταφών - εκταφών θανόντων ατόμων στο Δημοτικό Κοιμητήριο «Αναστάσεως Του Κυρίου» και «Μαλακοπής» του Δήμου Θεσσαλονίκης για δύο (2) έτη. Σύμφωνα με τον κανονισμό λειτουργίας του και τη σχετική νομοθεσία (Α.Ν. 582/1968), οι Δήμοι είναι υποχρεωμένοι να παραχωρούν χώρο για τον ενταφιασμό δημοτών και μη και οποιουδήποτε θανόντα στην περιφέρεια του θανόντα.
