Description
Die Bauaufgabe umfasst die Erweiterungsmaßnahme, in Form von zwei Ergänzungsbauten, an der Redoute (Bestand) um eine Probebühne sowie eine Lagerfläche für die „Kleine Bühne“. Im Bereich der Anbauten werden anpassende Baumaßnahmen an angrenzenden Räumen erforderlich. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens sind die hierzu erforderlichen Leistungen für Technische Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppen 1 – 8, Bauphysik und Energiebilanzierung in stufenweiser Beauftragung.
