Description

Erweiterung Schulzentrum Eichstätt-Schottenau. Der Zweckverband Schulzentrum Eichstätt-Schottenau plant die Erweiterung des gleichnamigen Schulzentrums in Form eines eigenständigen, viergeschossigen Neubaus auf dem eigenen Grundstück. Zudem werden auch einzelne bauliche Sanierungsmaßnahmen und Nutzungsänderungen in den Bestandsgebäuden durchgeführt. Sämtliche Bauphasen des Neubaus finden parallel zum Schulbetrieb statt. Umbaumaßnahmen im Bestand beschränken sich soweit möglich auf schulfreie Zeiten. Erdbau- und Verbauarbeiten; ca. 13.000 m3 Aushub Baugrube, 400m2 Trägerbohlwand mit 50 Litzenanker rückverankert; HDI Unterfangung, Wasserhaltung
