Description

Les deux zones immobilières UN et ET se trouvent au centre du campus, à l'est de l'Universitätsstrasse. Au cours des prochaines années, il est prévu de rénover certains de ces biens immobiliers. Dans ce contexte, mais aussi en lien avec besoins en espace pour les réorganisations et thèmes des monuments historiques, le département Immobilier de l'EPF Zurich a décidé d'examiner la substance des différents bâtiments, d'élaborer des stratégies de rénovation possibles et de réaliser des analyses de potentiel si nécessaire.
