Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Kajaanin kaukolämmöntuotannon uudistushankkeeseen liittyvä EPCM-konsulttipalvelu. Lyhenne EPCM tulee sanoista Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management. Tarkoituksena on liittää EPCM-konsultti tilaajan kumppaniksi mukaan hankkeeseen siten, että EPCM-konsultti vastaa muun muassa hankkeen edellyttämästä suunnittelusta, hankinnoista ja rakentamisen johtamisesta. Hankinta toteutetaan käyttäen erityisalojen hankintalain mukaista neuvottelumenettelyä. Neuvotteluvaiheeseen valitaan 3 parasta ehdokasta. Hankinnan kohde ja hankintamenettely on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti hankinta-asiakirjoissa.
