La présente consultation a pour objet l'entretien courant (nettoyage, surveillance, contrôle des étanchéités et du bon écoulement) et des petits travaux de réparation d'étanchéité de 5 défauts maximum par bâtiment d'une taille inférieure à 0,5 m² pour les toitures terrasses ou végétalisées ou les tuiles et d'une longueur inférieure à 5 m linéaires des gouttières et des chéneaux (Lot 1) et l'entretien courant des verrières en toiture de certains bâtiments (Lot 2) des sites de CY Cergy Paris Université en privilégiant l'utilisation de produits écologiques.
