Description

L'accord-cadre a pour objet des prestations d'entretien et de nettoyage des bâtiments du Département de l'Oise sur le secteur du Beauvaisis et du secteur Creillois. L'objet de l'accord-cadre est de maintenir les locaux et surfaces dans de bonnes conditions de propreté, d'hygiène, de confort et d'aspect pour le personnel et pour le public, au moyen de matériels, des machines et des produits et selon des périodicités d'intervention adaptés à la nature des revêtements à entretenir, à leur état ainsi qu'à leur fréquentation. Une grande majorité des bâtiments à entretenir étant destinés à recevoir du public, la prestation demandée doit correspondre à un entretien et un nettoyage particulièrement soignés. L'accord-cadre est un contrat établi avec des cadences telles que définies à l'article 2.2 du CCTP et pour lesquelles il est attendu une obligation de résultat. Les prestations attendues devront donc être conformes aux critères d'hygiène, d'aspect, de confort et de propreté. Les caractéristiques techniques des prestations objet de l'accord-cadre sont précisées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (CCTP) commun aux deux lots.
