Description
L'accord cadre a pour objet l'entretien et le nettoyage des bâtiments du Département de l'Oise sur le secteur du Clermontois et du Compiégnois (secteur de Clermont Plateau Picard, du Nord-Est et du Compiégnois). L'objet de l'accord cadre est de maintenir les locaux et surfaces dans de bonnes conditions de propreté, d'hygiène, de confort et d'aspect pour le personnel et pour le public, au moyen de matériels, des machines et des produits et selon des périodicités d'intervention adaptés à la nature des revêtements à entretenir, à leur état ainsi qu'à leur fréquentation. Une grande majorité des bâtiments à entretenir étant destinés à recevoir du public, la prestation demandée doit correspondre à un entretien et un nettoyage particulièrement soignés.
