L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion d'accord-cadres à bons de commande afin Assurer l'entretien, la maintenance (préventive et curative) ainsi que des interventions ponctuelles de GER des éléments du clos et du couvert des bâtiments municipaux et du CCAS protégés au titre des monuments historiques ou bien présentant un caractère patrimonial
