Objet des services : ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE D’INSTALLATIONS TECHNIQUES. Le marché est divisé en lots comme suit : Lot 1 “ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE D’INSTALLATIONS TECHNIQUES” (et ses 3 reconductions) Lieu de prestation du service : Plusieurs lieux Commentaire : Marché de service pour l'entretien, la maintenance, la conduite et la surveillance des installations techniques du CPAS de Woluwe Saint-Lambert, situé à 98 Gulledelle 1200 Woluwe Saint-Lambert et du Home de Woluwe Saint-Lambert, situé à 27 rue de la Charrette 1200 Woluwe Saint-Lambert. Les variantes libres ne sont pas autorisées dans le marché. Il n’y a pas de variante obligatoire. Les missions relatives à ce marché sont décrites d’une manière plus détaillée aux Parties 3 et 4 du présent cahier spécial des charges. Le lot peut être reconduit tacitement 3 fois. Lot 2 “DETECTION DU GAZ” (et ses 3 reconductions) Lieu de prestation du service : Plusieurs lieux Commentaire : l'entretien et le contrôle périodique des installations de détection gaz de toutes les installations de chauffage Le lot peut être reconduit tacitement 3 fois.
