Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les communes, qui assurent l'entretien du réseau pour le compte de l'Agglomération, pourront, si elles le souhaitent, utiliser les prix et les modalités techniques définis dans cet accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat. L'accord-cadre est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 1. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 1 an. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 2 ans
