Description
Le présent marché concerne l'entretien du mur végétal Max JUVENAL. Ce mur végétal représente une surface de 650 M², il a été réalisé en application du brevet déposé par M. Patrick BLANC dénommé « Dispositif pour la Culture sans sol des plantes sur une surface verticale ». L'entretien du mur végétal répond à une obligation de résultat. L'entretien du mur végétal consiste en 2 types d'intervention : - Des visites de contrôle hebdomadaires et bi-hebdomadaires - Des visites d'entretien Les visites de contrôle hebdomadaires et bi-hebdomadaires comprennent les interventions suivantes (80 visites par an) : - Le contrôle visuel des végétaux - Le nettoyage des gouttières et réseau d'évacuation situés en pied du mur - Le balayage et l'évacuation des feuilles et tout type de déchets en pied du mur et sur la totalité du trottoir - Le réglage des fréquences d'arrosage en fonction des saisons Les visites d'entretien comprennent les opérations suivantes (3 visites par an) : - L'utilisation de camion nacelle - Le désherbage des mauvaises herbes - La suppression des plantes mortes et dépérissantes - La taille des végétaux - Le traitement parasitaire - La vérification du système d'irrigation - Le re…
