Description
La présente consultation concerne des prestations d'entretien des locaux du SDIS du Pas de Calais. En application de l’article L.2125-1 du Code de la Commande publique, la consultation donnera lieu à un accord cadre, alloti, sans montant minimum et avec montants maximum. Il s’agit d’un accord cadre de services, mono attributaire, sans remise en concurrence, de forme composite, qui sera exécuté avec une partie forfaitaire à compter de la notification et une partie unitaire au fur et à mesure des besoins par l’émission de bons de commande dans les conditions définies aux articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code la Commande Publique.
