Le marché a pour objet la réalisation simultanée de deux objectifs : - L'entretien et le maintien en bon état de fonctionnement du matériel de ventilation mécanique contrôlée - Le maintien des conditions de sécurité imposées par les diverses réglementations dans toutes les installations de ventilation. L'accord-cadre n'est ni alloti, ni décomposé en tranches. Les candidats pourront effectuer une visite facultative du site. Les variantes facultatives ne sont pas autorisées. Le Pouvoir Adjudicateur n'impose le chiffrage d'aucune variante obligatoire. L'accord-cadre est conclu avec une partie forfaitaire et une partie à bons de commande
