Description
De opdrachtgever wenst met deze opdracht één opdrachtnemer te contracteren voor de levering en implementatie van een ESM-tool, die aansluit bij de behoefte. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst is 1 juni 2025. Vanaf 2 juni 2025 begint de implementatieperiode. Na afronden van de implementatieperiode begint de initiële looptijd van 4 jaar en vanaf dit moment kunnen pas kosten gefactureerd worden voor licenties/gebruikers. Opdrachtgever heeft driemaal eenzijdig de mogelijkheid om de overeenkomst onder dezelfde condities te verlengen met telkens maximaal 24 maanden.
