Hankinnan kohteena on suomenkielisen vuosiluokille 7-9 suunnattu erityisopetuksen English 1–3 -oppimateriaalisarjan graafinen suunnittelu ja taitto. Sarjaan kuuluvat painetut oppi- ja harjoituskirjat sekä opettajan aineisto, joka julkaistaan digitaalisella oppimisalustalla. Tarkemmin hankinnan kohteen kuvauksesta tarjouspyynnön liitteissä 1 "Asiantuntijapalvelun kuvaus" ja 2 "Opetushallituksen kustannustoiminta". Palvelun tuottamiseen valitaan yksi toimittaja.
