Ausrüstung der Energiezentrale Altstadt mit der wärme- und kältetechnischen Anlage zur Versorgung eines Fernwärmenetzes und eines Gebäudes mit Kälte. Die dabei eingesetzte Gross-Wärmepumpe (nicht Gegenstand des Auftrags) bezieht die thermische Energie ab einem Niedertemperatur-Fernwärmenetz.
