Description
A empreitada, em regime de conceção-construção, consiste na construção de uma nova ponte sobre a Ribeira Grande e respetivos acessos rodoviários, ao km 041+406 da EN245. A sua concretização permitirá restabelecer a ligação entre as duas margens através da EN245, isto é, restabelecer a ligação entre os aglomerados de Fronteira e Alter-do-Chão, bem como, a acessibilidade da povoação de Vale de Seda para a sede de concelho.
