Met deze aanbesteding wil TenneT een opdrachtnemer contracteren die voorziet in Employer branding, mediastrategie en inkoop voor arbeidsmarktcommunicatie van en voor TenneT. Hieronder vallen onder andere de doorontwikkeling van de employer value proposition, conceptontwikkeling van employer branding campagnes, opzet van campagnestrategie, contentcreatie en de inkoop van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie op verscheidene media. TenneT zoekt in opdrachtnemer een strategisch partner voor de lange termijn (maximaal 7 jaar).
