De Opdracht betreft een dienst in overeenstemming met de Aanbestedingswet 2012 en omvat in hoofdzaak: De gemeente Hoeksche Waard staat voor de uitdaging om in een krappe arbeidsmarkt een groeiend aantal vacatures tijdig en effectief te vervullen. Om dit te realiseren is een sterke positionering als werkgever en gerichte inzet van job marketing noodzakelijk. Met deze Opdracht zoekt de gemeente een partner die helpt om vacatures in te vullen en zo de continuïteit van het werk voor inwoners te waarborgen.
