Konkret bedeutet das: die Weiterentwicklung des Employer Brandings, hierzu zählen die Konzeption von crossmedialen Kampagnen, die Optimierung der Karriereseite und der Employee Journey, die Durchführung von Befragungen sowie Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Identifikation und Bindung unserer Mitarbeitenden. Ziele dieser Employer Branding-Maßnahmen sind: Mitarbeiter*innen zu finden und zu binden. Die Steigerung der Bekanntheit Dataports als attraktiver Arbeitgeber, die Zunahme der Bewerbungseingänge passgenauer Kandidaten, durch die Kommunikation unserer Arbeitgeberstärken.
