Description
Das Ziel ist es, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem verlässlichen Auftragnehmer für Empfangs- und Büromanagementdienstleistungen abzuschließen. Die zu erbringenden Leistungen umfassen die Besetzung der EIOPA Rezeption im 28. OG des Westhafen-Towers (Westhafenplatz 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main) mit zwei qualifizierten Vollzeitkräften mit sehr guten Englisch- und Deutsch-Kenntnissen. Dabei ist eine permanente Besetzung durch zwei Stammkräfte mit überlappenden Schichten erforderlich, um einen durchgehenden Betrieb der EIOPA Rezeption zwischen 08:00 und 18:00 an EIOPA-Werktagen (und in Sonderfällen auch darüber hinaus) zu gewährleisten.
