De Aanbesteder wenst een ontwerp- en uitvoeringsteam aan te stellen dat zal instaan zowel voor de opmaak van het ontwerp als voor de bouw van de Emmaüscampus. De Emmaüscampus bestaat uit een Kerkgedeelte en een Gedeelte Gemeenschapsinfrastructuur, met bijhorende omgevingsaanleg en inclusief aantakking en ontsluiting met het omliggende weefsel en bebouwing.
