Description
Le CDG38 (autrement nommé acheteur) procède à la présente consultation en vue de proposer un contrat cadre d'action sociale sous la forme de titres restaurant aux collectivités et aux établissements publics de l'Isère. Les collectivités doivent donner mandat au centre de gestion de l'Isère pour pouvoir participer. Le CDG38 souhaite ainsi soutenir les collectivités territoriales du département dans leur souci de développer l'action sociale en faveur des agents territoriaux (ci-après dénommés bénéficiaires). Il s'agit en effet d'un levier majeur lors des recrutements de personnel. Après l'attribution du marché, chaque collectivité territoriale / établissement public, affilié ou non au CDG38 et souhaitant adhérer au contrat cadre, devra signer une convention avec le CGD38. La quantité des titres à fournir pourra varier au cours de l'exécution du marché en fonction du nombre de collectivités adhérentes au contrat cadre et de leurs besoins, cela sans que le titulaire puisse élever de contestation, ni prétendre à une indemnité.
