Description

Die Stadt Hilpoltstein plant den Neubau des Betriebsgebäudes mit Werkstatt auf dem Gelände der Kläranlage Hilpoltstein. Beauftragt werden hierfür stufenweise die Grundleistungen der Leistungsphasen 1-3 sowie 5-9 des Leistungsbildes Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung - ELT (Anlgr. 4, 5 u. 8) gem. § 55 Abs. 1 HOAI i.V. m. Anl. 15 Nr. 15.1. Als Besondere Leistung wird das Prüfen und Werten von Nebenangeboten sofern vorhanden, die Fotodokumentation über die Baumaßnahme mit Übergabe spätestens 4 Wochen nach letzter Bauabnahme per Stick sowie die Mitwirkung bei der Überwachung der Mängelbeseitigung beauftragt.
