Hankinnan kohteena on Aalto-yliopiston tutkimustietojärjestelmä ACRISin vaatimat pilvimigraatioon liittyvä työ ja pilvipalvelu (myöhemmin ”ACRIS”). Aalto-yliopistolla on laajassa käytössään tutkimustietojärjestelmä ACRIS (Aalto Current Research Information System). Järjestelmään on hankittu 3499 lisenssiä, joita käyttävät sekä tutkijat että palveluyksiköiden edustajat.
