Elmon uimahallin rakentaminen projektijohtourakkana tavoite- ja kattohinnalla. Suunniteltu rakennusaika on 24 kk. Hanketta kuvattu tarkemmin liitteissä "hankinnan kuvaus ja vertailuperusteet" sekä "urakkaohjelma". Uimahallin toteutus perustuu tilaajan laatimiin suunnitelmiin. Suunnitelmista tilaajan tarkistuksessa on vielä rakenne- ja LVI-vedenkäsittelyjärjestelmien suunnitelmat. Nämä julkaistaan tarjouspyynnnön liitteiksi lisäkirjeellä viimeistään 5.12.2023.
