Description
De afdeling Facility Services is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het sloten- en sleutelplan (sluitplan). Hieronder valt ook de uitgifte (en inname) van sleutels en vervangen van sloten vanwege verhuizingen van afdelingen en/of medewerkers, verlies en kleine uitbreidingen. In verband met het bereiken van het maximum in het huidige sluitplan en het kwijtraken van een loper, is gekozen om een nieuw sluitplan te introduceren. Vanwege de flexibiliteit, snelheid van uitgifte en wijzigingen en lagere beheerskosten is na een pilot gekozen voor een elektronisch sluitsysteem van het fabrikaat iLOQ.
