Description

Gegenstand des Auftrages sind die umfassenden Elektroingenieurleistungen im Zusammenhang mit der Planung und dem Neubau des Busdepot Rotkreuz. Leistungsumfang gemäss SIA 108/2020 sowie insbesondere auch: Elektroplanung inkl. Gebäudeautomation und elektromagnetische Abklärungen im Zusammenhang mit Hochspannungsleitungen und Trafostationen (NISV) Planung und Bauwerksdokumentation mit der Planungsmethode «BIM» Ebenfalls einzurechnen sind Aufwendungen für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen gemäss Vorgaben SNBS, Abstimmung und Koordination mit Bauherrin und Architekten. Es ist geplant, das Gebäuden nach SNBS und Minergie P-Eco zertifizieren zu lassen.
