Bei dem Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um den Neubau eines Betriebshofes der KVG (Kraftverkehrsgesellschaft mbH) in Salzgitter Lebenstedt. Der Betriebshof besteht aus einem Busport, Waschanlage, der Verwaltung mit direkt angrenzender Werkstatt und einer Garage. Für die vorab genannten Gebäude und die Außenanlage wird die Elektroanlage neu erstellt. Die Arbeiten werden in mehreren Teilabschnitten durchgeführt. Alle Kosten dafür sind in die Einheitspreise einzurechnen.
