Predmetom je zabezpečenie dodávky elektriny, distribúcie elektriny do odberných miest a prevzatie zodpovednosti za odchýlku v odberných miestach voči zúčtovateľovi odchýlok formou zmluvy ododávke elektriny v súlade so zákonom č. 251/2012 Z.z. o energetike v platnom znení (Zákon oenergetike). 2. Zmluvným obdobím je obdobie od 1.7.2024 do 31.12.2026. 3.
