Elektrienergia ostmine vastavalt tegelikule tarbimisele (kogutarne) riigihanke alusdokumentides toodud tingimustel Kambja vallavalitsusele, tema hallatavatele asutustele ning Kambja valla tänavavalgustuse jne tarbeks.
