Deze opdracht betreft de levering van elektriciteit en aardgas voor: • de sociale openbare dienstverplichtingen aan huishoudelijke klanten die zijn opgezegd door hun energieleverancier en geen nieuwe energieleverancier kunnen vinden (SODV) • de tijdelijke levering aan gedropte professionele klanten, klanten wiens contract tot een einde is gekomen • verbruiken op aansluitpunten met een verhuisproblematiek • de tijdelijke levering aan klanten waarvoor de netbeheerder dient op te treden als noodleverancier (NLR).
